1. Agreement

By creating an account or using URLToad.ai, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by Humble Venture Group ApS, CVR DK45141691, Honningvænget 3, 1. tv, 8381 Tilst, Denmark.

2. The Service

URLToad crawls and analyzes publicly accessible websites for SEO health, generates structured reports, enables team collaboration, and exports data to Google Sheets and CSV files.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. The billing owner is responsible for all activity under their account, including invited team members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape websites without authorization, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, use the service for illegal purposes, reverse-engineer the service, or scrape government, military, financial, or healthcare websites.

5. Plans and Pricing

We offer free and paid tiers. Paid plans are billed via Stripe in EUR including applicable VAT. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

7. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your content or results. Scraped website data belongs to website owners — you are responsible for having the right to analyze submitted websites. Google Sheets are created in your Drive.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Support via info@humbleventuregroup.com — 2 business day response time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid us in the preceding 12 months. SEO analysis is automated and not professional advice.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is retained 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark. EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
